The Acadiana Economic Development Council, Inc. (AED) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded by local economic developers and incorporated in 2004.  AED represents the primary economic development organizations in the Acadiana Parishes (Counties) of Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, and Vermilion.
